EKSTRAKSI NANOKALSIUM TULANG IKAN TENGGIRI (Scomberomorus sp.) DENGAN ULTRASOUND ASSISTED EXTRACTION

Kalsium merupakan mineral esensial yang memiliki peranan penting di dalam tubuh untuk pembentukan tulang. umumnya dikonsumsi bentuk mikro kalsium menyebabkan penyerapan oleh hanya 50% sehingga sering defisiensi. Sumber aman digunakan dari tulang ikan, limbah tidak termanfaatkan, salah satunya adalah ikan tenggiri. Pada penelitian ini ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) mengekstrak nanokalsium. berukuran nano lebih mudah diserap dan dapat terapsorbsi secara cepat sempurna. Tujuan menganalisis interaksi waktu eksitasi amplitudo terhadap karakteristik nanokalsium dihasilkan. Hasil menunjukkan solusi terbaik memproduksi dengan 100,04 menit 75,00% prediksi nilai respons yakni rendemen 47,49%; derajat putih 85,47%; kadar 47,62%. Distribusi ukuran partikel posisi pengukuran 4,65mm dinding sel rata-rata 142,3nm PdI 0,226. analisis XRD puncak utama muncul pada sudut 2θ = 31,73. Selain itu, beberapa 25,90; 28,99; 32,99; 34,18; 39,79; 43,97; 46,79 49,62. Berdasarkan persamaan scherrer diperoleh kristal 26,16 nm kristalinitas 83,35%. gugus fungsi terindikasi diantaranya fosfat (PO43-), karbonat (CO32-) hidroksil (OH).
